No, this partnership will not change your Service Agreement. You will continue to receive the same quality pest control services, and you can still call to request additional no-charge visits between your regular appointments.

If you are on a current Service Agreement, then nothing will change. As in the past, price increases will only occur with advanced notice to our clients.

Yes, your service will continue as normal unless you request a change. Our goal is to make this transition smooth and easy for our clients.

Rest assured that all of our service locations will maintain the same high level of pest control service that you have come to expect. The intent behind this merger is to expand our capabilities and improve our ability to serve our customers, not to reduce them. We are eager to extend our reach and provide our services in more locations than ever before.

Bug Out will continue to employ the tried-and-true treatment methods that McNeely Pest Control is recognized for. Our collaboration will enable us to deliver an even broader range of products, resources, and knowledge, ensuring that we can maintain our reputation for providing the finest pest solutions available.

Like McNeely Pest Control, Bug Out is dedicated to using environmentally responsible extermination techniques. By using Integrated Pest Management (IPM) tactics and following all state and federal regulations regarding pesticide usage, we will continue to provide eco-friendly extermination services.

Yes. Following the merger, a new account number will be assigned to you, which will be included in your subsequent invoice. Customers who receive separate invoices for each location will still receive separate invoices, but with a new account number on each one.

To pay invoices online, go to https://www.bugoutservice.com and click on “My account” in the upper right-hand corner. You can then register to access our new Customer Self Service Portal. You’ll need to enter the email address linked to your account and create a new password to access your account information. Once registered, you’ll be able to view and pay bills, see your services and do much more. If you have any questions about how to register and use the new portal, please call us at 866-574-1338.

No, you are not being double billed. If you have already received an invoice for a past service and have received a requested duplicate copy, chances are that the invoice number has also changed – along with your account number. Please call 866-574-1338 to reach one of our customer service representatives who will be able to assist you with more information.

Yes. Please send your request for our new bank account information to ACHsetup@rentokil.com.

There will be no alteration to the service frequencies or pricing for our customers during this transition period. You can count on receiving the same outstanding service at the same competitive rate as before.
