Yes. Following the merger, a new account number will be assigned to you, which will be included in your subsequent invoice. Customers who receive separate invoices for each location will still receive separate invoices, but with a new account number on each one.
To pay invoices online, go to https://www.bugoutservice.com and click on “My account” in the upper right-hand corner. You can then register to access our new Customer Self Service Portal. You’ll need to enter the email address linked to your account and create a new password to access your account information. No, you are not being double billed. If you have already received an invoice for a past service and have received a requested duplicate copy, chances are that the invoice number has also changed – along with your account number.
